The cards were originally sold as a set of six cards, which was made available in March 2021 at various retailers such as Target and Best Buy, among others. But there's a problem: the card packs sold out very quickly, and restocking hasn't been as consistent as it should have been. The best course of action is to stay away from physical stores and instead shop online. For the time being, the card pack is available for purchase on Amazon and Walmart for around $15.
Scanning the cards and collecting Animal Crossing items is the goal.
It is preferable to visit Photopia in order to obtain all of the items because it unlocks a few additional poster options. If you're more interested in the villagers, Nook Stop is a better choice for you.
Step 3: Scanning a card will automatically unlock items. . . but they will not appear in your inventory until you complete the process. In New Horizons, go to the Nook Shopping Center and click on the Promotion and Poster tabs to learn more about the program. You will be able to purchase the unlocked items for a specific amount of bells in this section. . Prices vary, but the least expensive are around 700 to 1,000 ACNH Bells, and the most expensive are over 12,000. The most expensive are over 12,000.
Step 4: You are only permitted to purchase a total of five items per day in this shop. If you're unlocking all of the Sanrio items in a card pack, it will take a week or two of consistent purchases to purchase all of the Sanrio items in the pack.
Win the hearts and minds of the Sanrio villagers.
Step 2: Visit your campsite and speak with the Sanrio villager that you have in mind. You'll have to win them over with a series of crafting steps, just like the other New Horizons villagers, before they'll agree to live with you. Find out what they want you to make and then deliver it to them on time. After three days of daily repetition, you will be able to invite them to come live with you on your island.
Updated April 2022 bug guide for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
We recommend that you bring several nets with you when you are out looking for bugs. You'll have a backup in case one of yours breaks, which will save you the trouble of having to go to the store or dig through your personal stash for an extra. Similarly, bringing a Golden Net is a good idea because they last significantly longer than their standard counterparts do.
The best way to approach potentially lethal creatures such as scorpions and tarantulas is to walk up to them with your net put away, as they are less likely to attack you this way. If you've attempted to catch one with your net out, you've almost certainly been injured by them at some point, so try the process without your net this time around. Take out your net as soon as you get close enough to them, and you'll have a much easier time capturing them.
Changes will take place in April.
In April, you'll notice a few changes to the bugs that are currently available. The Emperor butterfly has disappeared from the Northern Hemisphere, and it has been replaced by a slew of other species, including the common bluebottle, Agrias butterfly, long locust, jewel beetle, flea, and a slew of others.
A slew of new attractions have been added to the Southern Hemisphere for the month of April. Tiger butterflies, Agrias butterflies, atlas moths, diving beetles, rainbow stags, mosquitoes, and other species have all disappeared. As for bugs, many of the ones that were present in February are still around this month, as are a variety of species such as the common butterfly, the yellow butterfly, the cricket, the red dragonfly, the pill bug, and the centipede, to name a few.
