Random NPCs might appear when RuneScape gold you were removing trees in Draynor Village, or when you were fishing for lobsters in Karamja. They would offer you exclusive items or lead you to some very strange places. These were called "random incidents". In case you didn't know, there were Evil Bob, a mime and lederhosen to make you look cool with your peers. You'd play Runescape for that extra little bit just to catch these random occasions.
Reaching the highest combat level will be your primary goal. Your goal is to become the best fighter against tougher Runescape players and NPCs by increasing your Strength Defense, Attack, and defence levels. Later on, you'd become an official member and take part at the Duel Arena, Wilderness, Pest Control and all the other mini-games. There was so much to do in Runescape There was always something to try.
Even simply reading your fishing levels while you were fishing for swordfish and lobsters in the Musa Point/Karamja area entertained you. It took some time to get to Port Sarim, Draynor Village’s bank (as it was closest), and then return to Port Sarim with your fishing gear bought from Gerrant.
You had to pay 30 gp for transport to a desert island to fish. You'd sit there for hours fishing for lobsters with the lobster cage, or fishing for swordfish using the harpoon, and then sell them at a fair market price to earn a profit.
Perhaps you were an artisan miner who went to Al Kharid and the Dwarven Mine to extract rare ores and then melt the ores in a furnace to make products that could be sold. Maybe you were a woodcutter who worked for a long time cutting Willows in Draynor Village, before eventually shifting to Yews at Falador or to the east of the Grand Exchange in Varrock. Your skill and combat level will determine how different you are from your friends and buy OSRS gold other players. But, it was not the only thing that mattered.
