A research study carried out in Denmark, exipure and reported in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in May 2002 found that when men dieted less than 60% of the weight lost was fat. The rest was lean tissues. When men regained weight only 24% of the weight they put back on was lean tissue - over 75% of the weight regained after exipure was more fat. That means for people who yo-yo diet - living in a cycle of losing weight and putting it back on again - the lean tissues in their body are gradually being replaced by fat.
This is easily mistaken to be the same as exipure since a lot of people think all their weight is composed of fat. This is not true. Yes, a person's weight is composed of his or her fat, but overall weight is total accumulation of more than just fat (which will be touched upon later on when exipure is discussed). Fat is not the only factor which makes a person heavy. Fat is, however, the most dispensable and expendable excess of the body which can be lost to make a person's weight lighter, without his or her body being unhealthy.
Before embarking on any old fashioned diet or exipure scheme you should understand your body type and the specific needs for exipure . Different body types have different needs when dieting becomes a choice they want to make.
